Apartment in Ano Poli (old town neighborhood)

I am renting my lovely apartment in Thessaloniki. It is a split level apartment, conveniently located just off the city centre , in the traditional neighbourhood of Thessaloniki (called Ano Poli) and within easy walking distance to Aristoteloys square, Kamara (approximately 10 min walk) , Aristotle University (10-15 mins walk) and there is bus connection (No 23) to the main market. The property comprises living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and a small balcony with a stunning view. In the first level there is also a single bedroom and a bathroom. In the attic (second level), there is a master bedroom and a second bathroom with bathtub and an extra storage room (guest room with a single bed). The flat is fully furnished (dining table, 2 study desks, sofa-bed, 3 beds, wardrobes etc). Duvets, pillows, beddings are provided. The flat is ideally for two students/professionals or a couple. The flat has internet connection. The monthly rent of the flat is 350E ( or 2 persons x 350E). Also, a fixed amount (per month) for the water bill, town tax, internet bill and the electricity bill is required. There could be a small variation of this fixed amount depending if it is winter or summer due to the electricity consumption (which at the moment it is very high unfortunately). The total amount (rent + bills) per month is approximately 420Euro per person. Deposit is required. The deposit is returnable at the end of the tenancy.
