Very convenient for the University

Very sweet compact and comfortable apartment located within walking distance (about 15 mins) from the University. The apartment is on the same road and very centrally located in the town of Thessaloniki. The neighborhood is very lively and full of shops, restaurants and activity. The apartment has a small entrance with a built in closet. This leads to the kitchenette which is equipped with a mini cooker, fridge and washing machine and dining table. The bathroom is also a wet room (the handheld shower drains into the bathroom floor). Moving from the kitchenette the next room is the living room with a sofa that converts into a bed at night for you to sleep in. The living room has an airconditioning unit to cool the house in summer and heat it in winter. The bus stop is very close to the apartment. All bills are included in the price.
