The room is furnished with bed, sofa, wardrobe, desk and armchair, book shelves, TV and has a small common balcony. No common living room. Kitchen equipped with oven, fridge and wash machine. Common bath room with shower. Internet connection. City center, opposite the Aristotle University. 4rth floor without elevator. Smoking allowed only on the balcony. Parties are not allowed. No pets. Minimum stay four months. A month’s rent as deposit is required.
